Where to find it
Choose Chat on the relevant member or item, or open the conversation from the list when available.What you can do
- Review participants before sending a message.
- Write in the message box, then send when you are ready.
- Open conversation actions to manage or leave the conversation when offered.
How to use it
- Keep the conversation focused on its shared purpose.
- Check recipient names when opening a group conversation.
- Use Notifications for updates and return to the conversation to respond.
Availability and privacy. Messages are shared with the people in the conversation. Keep personal notes in Notes, and use Home to ask O for private assistance.
