Where to find it
Choose the Assistant button in the top bar when it is available. For a full conversation and your chat history, open Home.What you can do
- Ask a question or describe something you would like help with.
- Continue the current conversation with a follow-up.
- Open Home to find earlier conversations and explore any lists or documents O has created for you.
How to use it
- Check which page or item the chat is referring to before asking about it.
- Tell O who or what you mean if that is not clear from the page.
- If O has misunderstood, explain what needs to change. Check important details rather than treating every suggestion as a fact.
Availability and privacy. O can only use information your account is allowed to access. The chat button and the background information it uses can differ from page to page.
