Where to find it
Use Search in the top header to look across available records. Use the nearby Assistant button, notification bell, account menu, and workspace tools for their respective tasks.What you can do
- Search for a name or distinctive phrase and choose a result to open it.
- In Workspace tools, choose which networks to include when you want to search information shared by friends.
- Open the notification bell for new updates or the account menu for Settings.
- Choose Set reminder or Add note from Workspace tools when those actions appear.
How to use it
- Enter a specific name, organization, or topic.
- Check the result type before opening a match with a familiar name.
- If you expected a shared-network result, verify your selected friends and their sharing permissions.
Availability and privacy. Search only shows items you are allowed to access in the networks you have chosen. If something does not appear, O may not have that information or it may be outside your selected networks.
