# Network intelligence

> Understand your own network: what changed, who to reconnect with, where it is strong and where it is thin.

Each prompt is ready to paste into Ask O. Swap the bracketed parts for your own, and mention people and companies with `@` so O finds them in your network.

## Review your week

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Friday. What happened, who did you meet, what carries over.

## My network is going stale

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Once a month, before it costs you.

**What O does that a search can't:** The reason is drawn from their side (role change, raise, exit), not from how long it has been. **Time saved:** 1 h.

## What is the inferred network of this company

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Understanding an organisation through the people who moved through it.

**What O does that a search can't:** Draws the organisation as a flow of people over time, not an org chart. **Time saved:** 2 h.

## Summarise my network

**For:** Everyone. **When:** A snapshot for yourself or a partner.

**What O does that a search can't:** A SWOT of your own relationships, with the names behind each finding. **Time saved:** 2 h.

## Who did I connect with, and what does it say

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Every couple of weeks.

**What O does that a search can't:** A table plus the reading across it. **Time saved:** 20 min.

## Who should I introduce to each other

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Being useful to your own network.

**What O does that a search can't:** Finds complementary pairs, with the reason to make each introduction. **Time saved:** 1 h.

## Who did I meet at that event

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Months later, a name you cannot place.

**What O does that a search can't:** Calendar, messages and connection dates, stitched into one answer. **Time saved:** 30 min.

## Prepare my week

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Monday morning.

**What O does that a search can't:** A plan built from your own channels, not a to-do list you typed. **Time saved:** 45 min.

## Where my network is thin

**For:** Everyone. **When:** Planning where to spend the next quarter of relationships.

**What O does that a search can't:** Gap analysis against your goal, with the paths to close it. **Time saved:** 2 h.

## Set a reminder on a relationship

**For:** Everyone. **When:** You promised to follow up.

**What O does that a search can't:** The reminder lives with the relationship, so the context comes back with it. **Time saved:** a forgotten promise.
