# Meetings

> Walk into every room knowing who is there, what has changed for them, and what connects you.

Each prompt is ready to paste into Ask O. Swap the bracketed parts for your own, and mention people and companies with `@` so O finds them in your network.

## Prep me for tomorrow's room

**For:** Everyone. **When:** You have a meeting on the calendar and thirty minutes to get ready.

**What O does that a search can't:** Intersects their public profile and company news with your own history: shared employers, mutual contacts, the last thing you talked about. **Time saved:** 45 to 90 min.

## Prepare for a conference

**For:** Founder, Investor. **When:** An event tomorrow with hundreds of people and no plan.

**What O does that a search can't:** Turns a speaker list into a ranked list of who to find, who can introduce you, and what to say. **Time saved:** 1.5 to 2 h.

## Prep me for a partner meeting

**For:** Investor, Corp dev. **When:** A co-investment, exit or add-on conversation with another firm.

**What O does that a search can't:** Puts their portfolio moves next to yours and finds the overlaps a search would never surface. **Time saved:** 1 to 2 h.

## What did we talk about last time

**For:** Everyone. **When:** A name in the calendar you half remember.

**What O does that a search can't:** Reads your own emails, messages and notes for the history, then checks their side for what moved. **Time saved:** 20 min.

## Prep for a customer call

**For:** Founder, Sales. **When:** A prospect or design partner, and you want the room, not just the company.

## Draft the follow-up
