# Insights overview

> Catch up on your network in one place: reminders, changes, and relationships you may want to follow up on.

The page shows which networks are included and the goals you have shared with O.

## Where to find it

Select Insights in the sidebar.

## What you can do

* Choose Ask O to send a question about your priorities and continue on Home.
* Open Network or Circles from the buttons at the top of the page.
* Browse reminders, opportunities to reconnect, introduction requests, and updates on topics you follow.
* Use Review connected sources to open Settings → Connections.

## How to use it

* First, check whether you are looking at your own network, networks shared by friends, or both.
* Check the source and date of an update before deciding to follow up.
* Choose an action on a section to learn more or ask O about it.
