# Network Health

> Take a step back and see how you are keeping in touch with your network.

The summaries help you notice relationships that may need attention, using the information available in O.

## Where to find it

From Insights, choose Network Health, or visit /intelligence/network-health.

## What you can do

* Explore each summary and the period it covers.
* Open a member’s profile or a related page to understand the details behind it.
* Use what you learn to choose a relationship you would like to give some attention.

## How to use it

* Check which networks and dates are included before comparing results.
* Look at the details about a member before drawing conclusions from a summary.
* These summaries are a starting point for reflection, not a score for a person or proof of how close you are.

  **Availability and privacy.** O only sees the information you have connected or imported. A missing result may mean there is not enough information; it does not mean a relationship does not exist.
