# Career Movements

A confirmed change of role or workplace can give you a thoughtful reason to catch up.

## Where to find it

Open Career Movements from Insights, or visit /intelligence/alumni-movement.

## What you can do

* Explore changes of role or company and compare the past and current details.
* Use the date or company filters to focus on the changes that interest you.
* Open a profile to verify the change and source.

## How to use it

* Check when the information was updated. A profile can be out of date.
* If the change is confirmed, it can be a reason to reconnect. It does not tell you what the person plans to do next.
* Clear filters to return to the broader result set.

  **Availability and privacy.** Movement depends on profile data coverage and freshness. Do not assume that no result means no one has moved.
