# Welcome to O

> O helps you get to know your network, remember what matters, and prepare for conversations.

Start with a question on Home, then explore your members, notes, and other available pages from the side menu.

## Where to find it

Open Help from the sidebar whenever you want to learn a part of O. Return to Home to begin using the application.

## What you can do

* Use Home to ask O a question about a goal or upcoming conversation.
* Explore Network to find a member you know and review their available profile.
* Write a note to keep a detail you want to remember.
* Search Help when you need instructions for a particular page or action.

## How to use it

* Start with a goal you can describe in one sentence.
* Ask O to help you explore options, then check any suggested facts against their sources.
* You choose what to save, share, or do next. Reading Help does not contact anyone.
