# Sign in and get started

> Sign in to your account, then follow the steps to tell O what you want help with and choose which accounts to connect.

The steps can differ if you joined through an organization or an invitation.

## Where to find it

Use the sign-in or invitation link provided for your account. On first access, follow the on-screen onboarding steps before opening Home.

## What you can do

* Continue through the displayed onboarding steps and choose goals that reflect your interests.
* Review any permission request before connecting an account or importing network data.
* Return to Settings later to change goals, connections, or your preferred start page.

## How to use it

* Use the account and invitation link intended for you.
* Read each step before choosing Continue; only authorize a source you control.
* If access has ended or a link does not work, use the contact or support path shown on the screen rather than creating a duplicate account.

  **Availability and privacy.** Access depends on account status, invitation eligibility, and any organization policy. O does not receive your external account password through Help.
